Some Citibank credit-card users are seeing a new icon next to certain transactions when they view their account activity online. The icon alerts cardmembers of special deals that are available to them.
Powered by a company called Truaxis, these offers are similar to the daily deals that consumers find with Groupon and LivingSocial. For example, a Citi cardmember may be able to buy a $10 Kmart gift card for $5.
Citi cardmembers just have to view their account activity online to see if they have received such offers.
