Our global conversation on "What Will It Take to End Poverty" has been woven throughout the 2012 Annual Meetings this week. As part of the effort, we asked people attending the meetings in Tokyo to pick up a postcard and write down their thoughts about what it will take to end poverty.
Thousands of these postcards have been added to a wall on display at the Tokyo International Forum. People from across the globe shared their ideas, wishes, hopes, advice, and solutions - writing in Japanese, Arabic, Spanish and English among other languages. World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim also paid the wall a visit to add his thoughts.
